Material Science: Why NBR 80 Shore A?

We don't use "generic" rubber. Our seals utilize a specialized Nitrile (Buna-N) compound optimized for the oilfield:

Engineering Feature: The Brass Backup Ring

Standard rubber seals often fail at pressures exceeding 6,000 PSI due to "extrusion" (where the rubber is forced into the metal gaps).
Anti-Extrusion Shield: The Brass Backup Ring acts as a structural barrier. As pressure increases, the brass ring expands slightly to bridge the clearance gap, protecting the NBR element.
