Buna-N / NBR replacement seal rings for hammer unions are selected by the exact figure and nominal connection size. This listing focuses on enquiries referencing Figures 602, 1002 and 1502: provide the manufacturer identification and seal part number or drawing so each requested configuration can be matched separately.
Figure numbers do not establish interchangeability between seal rings. Confirm the profile, inside and outside diameters, axial dimensions, groove arrangement and any specified backing components against the matching union drawing.
NBR, FKM and HNBR are separate compound families; resolve an HSN designation to the exact supplier compound. Brass-backed, stainless-backed and PTFE constructions require separate confirmation. The nominal connection size is not the seal outside diameter, and catalogue size references do not prove availability for every figure.
The union assembly includes mating connection components and a tightening nut; its required seal construction depends on the equipment design. Use the equipment procedure to inspect grooves and mating surfaces before installing the specified replacement.
