Royal Way Union Seal Orders: Separate Each Figure, Size and Material in the Purchase List

For an order containing several hammer union seals, list each Figure number, nominal union size, mating drawing and quantity on a separate line. The Figure 1502, 1002, 206, 602 and 607 range includes different profiles; a shared nominal size does not establish interchangeability.

Specify the NBR/Buna-N, HNBR or FKM compound and the required brass or stainless support-ring construction for each part. PTFE is a thermoplastic requiring separate design and hardness specification. Include colour, part marking and packaging labels so components for different assemblies remain identifiable.

Provide fluid formulation, temperature, pressure cycles and inspection requirements with the purchase list. Agree sample approval and order documents before production. The legacy 80 to 95 Shore A rubber range needs confirmation for the selected compound; assembly pressure suitability follows the documented complete union rating.
