Hammer Union Seal Manufacturer | High-Pressure Sealing Experts

Product Introduction

Our high-performance hammer union seals are specifically engineered to provide superior sealing integrity for the demanding environments of the oil and gas industry. As a specialized manufacturer, we focus on producing leak-proof seal rings that maintain their structural integrity under extreme mechanical stress and high-velocity flow. These seals are essential components for ensuring the safety and efficiency of high-pressure fluid transfer systems in both onshore and offshore operations.

Application Scope and Versatility

The application of our hammer union seals extends across various critical oilfield services including hydraulic fracturing, well cementing, acidizing, and drilling operations. They are widely used in manifold systems, pump suction lines, and high-pressure discharge lines. Furthermore, these seals are indispensable in flowback operations and well testing where reliable pressure containment is mandatory. Whether used in standard service or harsh sour gas environments, our products ensure a secure connection between pipe fittings.

Comprehensive Material Comparison

We offer a diverse range of elastomers to meet specific site requirements. Nitrile (NBR) is the standard choice for general oil and water service due to its excellent oil resistance and cost-effectiveness. For more demanding conditions, Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) provides enhanced strength and resistance to heat, abrasion, and ozone, making it ideal for modern drilling applications. Fluorocarbon (FKM) is the preferred material for high-temperature service and environments involving aggressive chemicals or acids. For extreme thermal and chemical requirements, our Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) seals offer near-universal chemical inertness and the widest operating temperature range available in the industry.

Pressure Ratings and Technical Standards

Our hammer union seals are designed to match standard industry pressure requirements across various figure series. For low-pressure applications such as Figure 206, the seals handle up to 2,000 PSI. In medium-pressure environments like Figure 602, they are rated for 6,000 PSI. For high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure services common in fracking and well intervention, such as Figure 1002 and Figure 1502, our seals are engineered to withstand working pressures of 10,000 to 15,000 PSI. We also manufacture specialized seals for Figure 2202 to ensure safety in sour service applications reaching 15,000 PSI.

Operating Temperature Ranges

The temperature capability of our seals is determined by the specific polymer used in production. Standard NBR seals operate efficiently between -30°C and +100°C (-22°F to +212°F). HNBR components extend this range from -40°C up to +150°C (-40°F to +302°F). High-performance FKM seals are suitable for temperatures from -20°C to +200°C (-4°F to +392°F). For specialized cryogenic or high-heat applications, our PTFE solutions provide stability across a vast spectrum from -200°C to +250°C (-328°F to +482°F), ensuring reliability regardless of the climate or process heat.
