Product introduction

Shanghai Qinuo supplies rubber O-rings for equipment grooves identified by size, tolerance and compound. AS568 dash sizes, metric ID and cross-section dimensions, and custom drawing sizes are separate order references. Select the ring for the actual static or suitable dynamic sealing position.

For oilfield service, provide fluid composition, temperatures, pressure cycling and groove dimensions. Specify continuous and peak temperatures, exposure duration and thermal cycling for the selected NBR, HNBR, FKM, FFKM, EPDM or silicone grade. For chemical, sour-gas or rapid-decompression service, include the required compound qualification, gas composition and decompression conditions together with the complete equipment pressure limits.

For pump and machinery maintenance, identify the exact sealing position and operating medium, including cleaning fluids. Review the selected compound against the temperature and duty. An O-ring specified for a housing cover is not automatically suitable for a rotating shaft or another fluid.

For AS568 orders, provide the dash number and required tolerance. For metric rings, provide inside diameter and cross-section with units. For non-standard rings, include the drawing revision and dimensional tolerances. A worn or swollen sample is not a reliable new-part dimensional specification.

Keep the compound reference and target Shore A hardness with each size. The existing 40–90 Shore A range is a catalogue reference, not one grade specification. Include the fluid, temperature, sealing motion and pressure duty when requesting a recommendation; color does not identify the polymer or guarantee compatibility.
