The seals’ lip-style configuration maintains its position during installation, offering superior retention and minimizing installation errors.
Our hammer union seals meet the compatibility requirements for Weco and FMC hammer unions, including Fig 602, Fig 1002, Fig 1502, Fig 2002, and additional model types used across the oilfield. Material options include NBR for standard petroleum-based fluids, HNBR for higher temperature applications, and high-performance FKM for corrosive chemicals, H₂S sour gas, and abrasive downhole fluids.
Sizes range from 1” to 7”, with optional brass or stainless-steel anti-extrusion rings available for systems operating under pressures of up to 15,000 psi. Qinuo’s advanced manufacturing standards ensure consistent sealing performance, excellent resilience, and long service life, making our hammer union seals a trusted choice for global oilfield equipment operators.
