2-Inch Figure 602/1002/1502 Seals: Verify the Figure Before Pressure-Service Selection
Specify the original union maker, figure and nominal 2-inch size with the seal part number. Similar nominal sizes do not establish interchangeability between Figure 602, 1002 and 1502.
Provide seal section, lip geometry, diameters, axial height and brass or stainless backup details. Confirm compound, fluid formulation, temperature and pressure cycles. Pressure capability follows the complete identified connection; 15,000 psi is not a universal seal rating.
Product Introduce
Hammer Union Seal are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.
Hammer Union consists of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customized parts have to pay the mold fee.
Q3. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q4. What's your Delivery time ?
If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.

For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
