Hammer Union Seal are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.
Hammer Union consists of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customized parts have to pay the mold fee.
Q3. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q4. What's your Delivery time ?
If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.
Q5.What's your payment terms?
For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

2 Inch Union Seal Orders: Separate Figure 602, 1002 and 1502 References
For a 2 inch nominal connection, list the union figure and manufacturer seal reference on each order line. Figure 602, 1002 and 1502 enquiries require their own groove and section drawing; shared nominal size does not establish interchangeable seal fit.
Specify NBR, HNBR or FKM as one compound grade per drawing, including hardness and any brass or stainless support. PTFE is a separate thermoplastic option. Identify actual seal diameters and section height rather than using nominal pipe size as the seal dimension.
Provide fluid formulation, normal and peak temperature, pressure cycling and quantity. Confirm complete union ratings separately. Sour-gas and decompression requirements need compound-specific qualification. Agree sample fit, dimensional inspection and material identification before production.
