Product Introduction
Hammer Union Seals are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.
Hammer Unions consist of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted.

This enquiry concerns a 4-inch Figure 1502 black NBR replacement seal. Select the exact NBR grade and any support ring to the original union drawing and fluid duty. HNBR, FKM and PTFE below are separate alternatives; PTFE is a thermoplastic requiring its own design review.
