4-inch 15K Kemper Swivel Joint Seal Ring Maintenance Kit

Chiksan/FMC/TSI/SPM Swivel joint maintenance requires components matched to the identified joint rather than a setting tool reference. This swivel joint kit has a nominal 4-inch 15K Kemper assembly reference. Confirm the assembly model, repair kit reference and seal ring dimensions. Setting tool redress kits are selected separately and do not establish compatibility with this swivel joint.

SHQN® supports seal replacement and lubrication according to the equipment maintenance procedure. For the 4-inch 15K Kemper seal ring kit, specify each seal cross-section, mating dimension and compound, with ball plug, steel balls and washer included only where required by the assembly bill of materials. Provide service fluid, temperature range and pressure cycles for selection and inspect mating surfaces before replacement.
