Product Description
This repair kit provides replacement components for the specified 4-inch Figure 1502 swivel joint manufacturer, model and revision. The existing description lists FKM seals and steel balls; confirm grade, dimensions, quantities and any plugs or washers against the original BOM. Redress does not restore damaged metal surfaces or independently establish the complete joint’s 15,000 PSI rating.
Specific Applications
Review each service against the original swivel joint limits and the supplied compound specification:
1. Fracturing Lines: Confirm fluid formulation, solids content, movement and complete-joint pressure limits for the actual configuration.
2. Cementing: Provide slurry chemistry and operating conditions, and follow the original joint inspection and redress procedure.
3. Acidizing: Review acid formulation, concentration, inhibitors, temperature and duration against the supplied compound.
4. Flowback and Testing: Confirm fluid and gas composition, solids and operating duty against complete-joint acceptance.

Q1: How is the correct 4-inch kit identified?
Provide swivel manufacturer, model, revision and original kit reference. Figure 1502 and nominal size alone do not prove cross-brand interchangeability.
