Confirm the equipment model, revision and adapter interface before ordering; the nominal size alone does not establish interchangeability. Compound and temperature requirements are selected for the actual service conditions.

• Specify the O-ring hardness, compound and dimensions required by the assembly. Confirm NBR or HNBR selection against the service medium and temperature.
• Custom kit contents can be reviewed from the drawing or parts list. Identify sealing rings, O-rings, steel balls, snap rings, screws or other required components with their dimensions and quantities; inclusion depends on the confirmed configuration.
• Customer labeling also available.

Before rebuilding: Inspect the joint according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions, including seal grooves, mating surfaces and bearing condition. A repair kit does not establish the pressure rating of the joint. Complete the prescribed assembly inspection and pressure test before returning equipment to service.
