4-inch 15K Kemper Swivel Joint Repair Kit with Steel Balls and Retaining Components

Chiksan/FMC/TSI/SPM Swivel joint maintenance requires seals and bearing components matched to the identified assembly. This swivel joint kit has a nominal 4-inch 15K Kemper assembly reference. The listed 105-piece steel ball quantity must be checked against the exact joint bill of materials, ball diameter and bearing arrangement before ordering. A matching nominal size alone does not establish interchangeability between joint models.

For the 4-inch 15K Kemper swivel joint repair kit, specify ball diameter, quantity and material grade, dust seal and fluid seal dimensions, and the required snap ring or other retaining component. Inspect grooves and bearing races for wear. Select the seal compound for the service fluid and temperature; the repaired assembly requires its prescribed inspection and testing.
