2-inch Normal Swivel Joint Ring Seal Repair Kit

Chiksan/FMC/TSI/SPM Swivel joint maintenance uses replacement seals and hardware selected for the identified assembly. This listing is for the nominal 2-inch normal swivel kit configuration. Confirm the manufacturer, joint model and kit reference before selecting components for coiled tubing equipment. Provide the seal groove dimensions, fluid composition and temperature range for the seal compound review.

SHQN® supports replacement of packings and seals and lubrication according to the equipment maintenance procedure. Inspect sealing surfaces and bearing tracks before fitting replacement components.

The 2-inch normal swivel joint repair kit component list includes O-rings, seals, a ball plug, steel balls and a washer only as specified by the confirmed kit bill of materials. Record the seal cross-sections, ball diameter and quantities separately. A 2-inch normal kit requires its own fit check and should not be selected solely from the nominal size of a 2-inch oversized joint. Confirm FMC compatibility from the equipment and kit references.
