2-inch Normal Swivel Joint Repair Kit with Rubber Seals and Hardware

Chiksan/FMC/TSI/SPM Swivel joint maintenance requires seals and hardware matched to the identified manufacturer and joint model. This nominal 2-inch normal repair kit is selected by equipment and kit references, seal dimensions and the component bill of materials. Provide the service fluid and temperature range for elastomer selection. A brass component, where specified, needs its own drawing and material grade; it does not define the rubber seal compound.

SHQN® supports replacement of packings and seals and lubrication according to the equipment maintenance procedure. The 2-inch normal swivel joint repair kit may include O-rings, seals, a ball plug, steel balls and a washer as confirmed for the assembly. Check sealing surfaces and bearing tracks before fitting replacement components. Confirm FMC or Chiksan fit from the equipment reference rather than nominal size alone; oversized and other manufacturers require separate component checks.
