Royal Way offers a 2 inch SMI-oversized swivel joint replacement-kit enquiry. Confirm the exact joint model, repair-kit part number and revision before selecting the kit. The oversized designation requires its own dimensions and contents and must not be treated as interchangeable with the 2 inch normal kit.
Specify the required seal compounds and inspection criteria against fluid composition, operating temperature and pressure cycles. Performance depends on the selected parts and the condition of the complete swivel assembly.
For maintenance replacement, send the joint drawing or existing kit list and identify worn components. Confirm the bill of materials and quantity of each part rather than assuming photographed components establish a complete kit.
Rubber material options require review for the individual seal and service conditions. Specify NBR, HNBR or another required compound with hardness and relevant test requirements; a general material list does not establish kit contents or availability.
