The nominal 3-inch wide swivel joint repair kit is selected for the identified wide joint configuration. Confirm the manufacturer, equipment model and kit reference along with the seal recess dimensions. The catalogue lists the 3-inch wide kit separately from other 3-inch swivel kits; shared bore size does not establish interchangeable seals or hardware.
Match the replacement seals to the joint recesses and actual fluid service. Include oil composition, additives, working temperature and pressure cycles for compound selection. The kit does not independently establish the pressure rating of the complete swivel assembly.
