Hammer Union Gaskets: Confirm the Seal and Support Ring for Heated Fluid Duty

For replacement gaskets exposed to heated fluids, specify the normal temperature, brief peaks, cold start-up and fluid formulation. NBR, HNBR and FKM compounds need individual compatibility and temperature review. PTFE is a separate thermoplastic construction rather than a rubber grade with the same hardness and sealing behaviour.

Match each nominal union size and Figure to the approved seal drawing. Confirm whether rubber-only, brass-supported or stainless-supported construction is required; support-ring grade, dimensions and fit should follow the specified assembly. The listed sizes and figures do not establish universal interchangeability.

Send quantity, drawing revision, hardness target and inspection tolerances with the enquiry.
