This listing covers replacement seal enquiries for several nominal hammer union sizes. For a mixed-size order, list each connection size, union figure and seal drawing as a separate line item. The 1, 2, 3 and 4 inch descriptions identify nominal connections; the rubber seal outside diameter, inside diameter and section dimensions must follow the mating hardware.

Select NBR (Buna-N), HNBR or FKM for each actual fluid formulation and temperature exposure. PTFE is a thermoplastic option requiring a separate sealing profile and support design review. A material family name does not establish a common pressure or temperature limit across these options. Confirm the selected compound and test requirements with the order.

State whether each item requires a plain rubber profile, brass support ring or stainless steel support ring.
