Shanghai Qinuo supplies flowline swivel joint replacement kits matched to the identified manufacturer, model, nominal bore and equipment revision. For Chiksan, FMC, TripleStep or TSI enquiries, provide the original kit reference or component drawing. Each configuration requires separate fit confirmation.
- Specify O-ring compound, hardness and dimensions for each kit component. Provide fluid composition, continuous and peak temperatures, pressure cycles and any decompression conditions.
- Custom compounds and additional metal or other parts can be reviewed against an agreed bill of materials. Identify component quantities, seal recess dimensions and whether bearings or backing parts are required.
- Customer labeling also available.
The kit photograph below is for component reference. Confirm the actual kit contents against the identified joint drawing. Working pressure and repair testing follow the complete rated swivel assembly; a replacement kit has no independent assembly rating.
