Hammer union seals: 

Hammer Union Seals are used in hammer union-style pipe connections to establish flow lines and prevent leakage.

Available size : 1", 1.5",2", 3", 4" and 5"

Material: We offers Hammer Union Seals in Nitrile (also known as NBR, Buna, or Buna-N) for standard service, as well as (also known as fluoroelastomer or FKM) for increased temperature and chemical resistance or HNBR selected for the actual service conditions. Sour-gas duty requires compound-specific qualification. PTFE arrangements require a separately confirmed seal design. In addition to the standard molded rubber seals, anti-extrusion rings can be reinforced in brass Hammer Union Seals or stainless steel Hammer Union Seals

1.5-Inch FIG 1002 and FIG 1502 Hammer Union Seals: Specify Figure Before Replacement
