Royal Way^® Seals manufactures high-performance Hammer Union Seals engineered for demanding oil and gas applications, including flow lines, sour gas service, and high-pressure hydraulic systems.

Designed to withstand pressures up to 22,500 PSI (tested) with a 15,000 PSI standard rating, our seals are compatible with Figure 1502, 602, 1002, 2002, and 2202 unions, ensuring leak-proof connections even in extreme conditions. Available in Nitrile (NBR) for standard service, HNBR/FKM for sour gas resistance, and PTFE for specialized environments, our seals feature innovative anti-extrusion designs with optional brass backup rings or stainless steel reinforcements to prevent wear under stress. Custom configurations, including non-standard sizes and hybrid material builds (elastomer + metal/PTFE), are tailored to meet unique operational needs.
