A hammer union is the complete pipe connection; this product is a replacement lip seal for the specified union assembly. Match the seal profile, dimensions and any metal backup to the original manufacturer drawing. An O-ring or composite seal arrangement should not be treated as interchangeable with a lip seal without confirmation.
Shanghai Qinuo supplies replacement hammer union seals for confirmed figure-and-size configurations. The existing range lists figures 602, 1002, 1502, 2002 and 2202; verify the actual manufacturer and seal reference before ordering. Pressure and service acceptance belong to the complete union.
Listed Configuration: Nominal 3-inch Buna/NBR lip seal, matched to the specified union figure and original drawing. The legacy 1-, 2-, 4- and 5-inch entries describe other range enquiries; confirm their figure, component reference and availability separately.
Material: The existing record identifies a 3-inch Buna/NBR configuration. Confirm supplied compound and hardness against the original seal specification. Other polymer and size entries are separate range options.
Application: Hammer union seals are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.

3-inch Buna Hammer Union Lip Seal: Confirm Figure and Groove
State the union manufacturer, figure and nominal 3-inch size, then provide the original seal reference or drawing. Verify lip dimensions, groove and backup configuration, and specify the NBR grade and required hardness. Review actual fluid composition, temperature and pressure cycles. A black color or the same nominal size does not prove interchangeable geometry, compound or complete-union rating.
