Custom Color Rubber O Rings NBR Silicone FKM Material AS-568A Standard
Custom-colour rubber O-rings are specified by inside diameter, cross-section and tolerance, or an exact AS568 dash number. NBR, silicone and FKM are distinct material choices; select the compound for the fluid and temperature before agreeing the colour. Other materials, including EPDM, require separate application review.
SHQN accepts standard-size and custom O-ring enquiries. Include a drawing or exact size reference, target hardness, quantity and colour sample. A custom colour helps visual identification but does not establish the polymer, hardness or fluid compatibility.

Application of the rubber o ring:
For equipment, pipe or hydraulic grooves, provide the fluid formulation, cleaning agents, temperature limits and static or dynamic duty. Review groove dimensions and seal squeeze with the selected compound. Water, fuels, oils and coolants do not share one universal material selection.

O-rings, square-section rings and X-rings have different cross-sections and groove requirements. Confirm the specified profile rather than substituting one for another. Specify the required cross-section on the order drawing and confirm the matching groove geometry.
