Blue Color Heat Resistant Hammer Union Seals Rings for Petroleum field

Blue-colour hammer union replacement rings are specified by the actual seal profile, compound and matching union recess. Colour can identify an agreed order configuration, but it does not establish heat resistance, hardness or fluid compatibility. Provide the union manufacturer, figure number and nominal connection size together with the part drawing when ordering.

For elevated-temperature service, provide normal and peak operating temperatures, exposure duration and fluid composition. Select the rubber compound and any brass or stainless backing against the approved service specification. NBR and HNBR are separate compound choices; the operating temperature limit requires compound-specific evidence. Figures 602, 1002, 1502, 2002 and 2202 require separately confirmed fit and assembly ratings.
