Our Swab Cups are produced from a newly developed rubber in the popular Guiberson* profile in either a nitrile or Frac Fluid compound. These cups can also be produced in other specified materials. Our cups are designed for durability and perform under the toughest conditions.
Available types of Swab cups:
TA style
TA is a medium load Swab Cup built around a steel or aluminum bushing for use in most sizes of tubing or drill pipe. When under load, it will compress to form a solid rubber mass for maximum lifting capacity and minimum wear. Manufactured from a newly developed rubber compound, these cups provide our customers with a high quality North American product. Our special Frac Fluid compound is developed for the ultimate in durability and performance. These Frac Swab Cups are designed to perform under the toughest conditions.
V style:
Shanghai Qinuo carries the V Series Swab Cup in a light duty and heavy duty all rubber cup that is suited for use in fluids with high concentrations of suspended sand. The upturned lips pass easily through tight spots and will invert to dump excessive loads. The number of cups used will vary with conditions.Our special Frac Fluid compound has excellent abrasion resistance high tensile strength and outstanding resistance to chemical attack.
TUF style:
The design of the GE-TUF cup, with its internal metal reinforcement which maintains the shape of the cup, makes this an excellent choice for deep hot wells or rough and corroded tubing and casing. Strong enough for heavy loads, its flexability also allows it to work in light load situations.
NUF style:
The GE-NUF is a heavy load all rubber cup that provides maximum lifting capacity. Bonded to either standard steel or aluminum bushings, and available in a wide range of sizes, this cup is a good choice for deep well applications. This cup is designed for high performance and heavy loads. Made of our special Frac Fluid compound, it will perform under the toughest conditions.
