Qinuo supplies standard and custom Packer Elements in various sizes and configurations for many downhole

applications.These Packers are available in a variety of industry grade materials, including specific compounds for

extrusion resistant and high expansion performance.

For packer elements exposed to hot well fluids, specify the actual fluid composition and normal and peak temperatures together with the expected time in service. Include completion fluids, cleaning chemicals and gas exposure where applicable. A general rubber material name does not establish compatibility with every chemical.

Provide the tool model, setting method, element profile and end-support geometry. Agree the setting, holding and release conditions with the inspection requirements so a replacement element is matched to the complete assembly. ISO 9001 refers to our quality management system; application-specific performance requires the agreed compound and tool test data.

Features:

1 ) Specify pressure differential, temperature and exposure duration for the complete packer assembly.

2 ) Confirm element dimensions, compound and acceptance tests for the selected tool.

3 ) Standard and custom dimensions reviewed against the tool drawing.

4 ) Agree test pressure, temperature, fluid and hold duration before testing; a 150ºC (302ºF) requirement needs compound and assembly-specific confirmation.

5 ) Agree the setting and release cycle count and acceptance criteria; a 30-cycle requirement needs a matching test report.

6 ) Confirm tool and element dimensions from the drawing; large cup designs require separate feasibility review.
