Hammer Union Seal are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.
Hammer Union consists of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customized parts have to pay the mold fee.

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.

For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

OEM and ODM Figure 1502 NBR Hammer Union Seal: Drawing, Compound and Marking
Nitrile, NBR and Buna-N name the same polymer family. For this Figure 1502 replacement seal enquiry, specify the NBR compound separately from the union figure and nominal connection size. Other materials in the comparison table are alternatives for technical review, rather than the composition of one seal.
For OEM or ODM supply, send the mating union drawing or an existing sample, together with the seal diameter, section profile, seating dimensions and any brass or stainless support ring requirement. The description O Seal does not establish a standard circular O-ring section or an AS568 dash number. Confirm fit against the actual equipment drawing.
Agree the drawing revision, hardness test scale, compound identification and requested marking before sample approval. Include the fluid composition, continuous and peak temperature and equipment pressure documentation with the enquiry. The union hardware rating does not independently rate a loose replacement rubber seal.
