Custom Flat Pipe Wiper: Pipe Size and Support Fit

The listed 5-inch, 3-1/2-inch, 2-3/8-inch and 2-5/8-inch references describe the pipe or tubing to be wiped, not the outside diameter of the wiper. Confirm the actual pipe OD, required wiping opening, overall wiper OD, thickness and support-frame interface from a drawing or sample. Specify standard, split, flex or oval construction for the intended installation. The existing table lists Buna and NR; other compounds require review for the actual mud and operating conditions.

Replacement and Repeat Orders

Send photographs of both faces, edge profile and support arrangement. State pipe size, mud type, movement, temperature and observed wear. Keep one approved drawing revision, compound and hardness tolerance for each replacement configuration. Confirm fit before repeat supply.
