Silicone Rubber Seal Rings with Round, Square and Rectangular Sections
Product Description
These custom rubber seal rings support round, square, rectangular and flat sealing sections. Specify both the overall ring dimensions and the section geometry so the profile can be matched to the groove or flange drawing.
For a round section, provide inside diameter and cross-section. For a square or rectangular section, provide inside and outside dimensions, section width and height, with tolerances and corner requirements.
Silicone options can be discussed for the required profile and service conditions. NBR, EPDM and FKM alternatives require compound selection for the actual fluid and temperature.

Application
Application of the rubber o ring:
A: Round-section rings: confirm inside diameter, cross-section and groove dimensions to evaluate sealing compression.
B: Square, rectangular and flat sections: provide section width, height and corner details. These profiles require their own groove or flange dimensions.
C: Material selection: identify the fluid, temperature, pressure and movement for each profile. Section shape alone does not establish chemical compatibility or a pressure rating.
