MV style swab cup: The MV profile uses multiple upturned rubber lips around a steel or aluminum bushing. Match the lip profile, outer diameter, bore and height to the original mandrel and tubing internal diameter. Specify the bushing material on the drawing; a shared nominal size does not establish interchangeability.
Other range references: TA and V are separate cup profiles. Confirm their actual dimensions and load requirements rather than applying MV geometry to them. The other types and images below are range references, not the specification of one universal cup.
For frac-fluid duty, provide the exact fluid composition, additives, solids content and temperature for compound selection. Abrasion and chemical compatibility require compound-specific data.
TUF style: A separate reinforced profile in the existing range. Confirm the reinforcement, tubing fit and complete tool load requirements against its own drawing.
