Available types of Swab cups:
TA style: A medium-load cup profile with steel or aluminum bushing according to the selected drawing. Confirm dimensions and equipment load requirements.
MV style: MV cups use a multiple-lip profile with the bushing arrangement specified by the selected drawing. The cup has either an aluminum or steel bushing with multiple upturned lips which allows it to pass through tight spots and control the amount of load. It is very efficient in fluid with suspended sand.
V style: Shanghai Qinuo carries the V Series Swab Cup in a light duty and heavy duty all rubber cup that is suited for use in fluids with high concentrations of suspended sand. The upturned lips pass easily through tight spots and will invert to dump excessive loads. The number of cups used will vary with conditions.
For frac-fluid service, agree the compound specification and relevant abrasion, tensile and fluid-compatibility requirements with the quotation. Performance depends on the selected formulation and service conditions.
TUF style: A profile incorporating internal metal reinforcement. Confirm the reinforcement arrangement, tubing condition and selected compound before specifying the cup.
NUF style: A heavy-load cup profile with a steel or aluminum bushing according to the selected drawing. Verify cup size, mandrel bore and load requirements for the intended equipment.
