AS568 O-Ring Seals for Oil Pipe Connections — NBR, HNBR and FKM Options

These O-ring seals support oil pipe connections and mechanical sealing joints using specified standard or custom dimensions. Order an AS568 ring by dash number and compound, and confirm the groove fit before replacing an existing seal.
Custom-size inquiries are welcome. Provide inside diameter, cross-section and tolerances when a standard dash number does not define the required part.
NBR, HNBR and FKM options can be discussed for the specified oil and operating conditions. Other materials require review against the exact fluid and sealing design.

Application of the rubber o ring:

1. Oil pipe connections: identify the oil, pressure, temperature and connection geometry when requesting a replacement O-ring.
2. Static or moving joints: provide groove dimensions, clearance and any relative movement so hardness and sealing fit can be evaluated.
3. Replacement selection: compare the standard dash number with the joint drawing. Material names alone do not establish compatibility with every oil or cleaning fluid.
