Flexible Rubber O-Rings for Machine Seals: Compound and Size Selection

Machine sealing O-rings are available in silicone, NBR, FKM, HNBR and EPDM options. Select a defined compound for the sealing medium and joint conditions; these material families are not interchangeable specifications.
For replacement machine seals, supply an AS568 dash number or drawing showing inside diameter, cross-section and tolerances. Confirm the groove dimensions as well as the loose ring dimensions.
Specify the material grade, hardness and required quantity for each part number; availability is confirmed for the selected configuration. 

Application of the rubber o ring:

1. Machine housings and connections: match the ring to the groove and assembly dimensions before ordering a replacement.
2. Water, air and gas sealing positions: confirm medium, pressure and operating temperature for material selection.
3. Oil, coolant or grease exposure: specify the exact fluid and concentration, contact duration and any motion at the sealing surface.

 Structure and sizes:

AS568 replacement sizes: specify the dash number. P, G, S or custom rings require the corresponding series designation and dimensions.

Size definition: inside diameter (ID) x cross-section (CS); specify units and tolerances.

Packing and shipping:

Standard export packing, inner plastic bag, outer with carton. Carton in pallets if necessary.

1: Express: DHL,UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS ect, for urgent and small order.

2: Air shipment: air port to air port or air port to door.

3: Sea shipment: suitable for bulk goods. it will takes more longer time than air shipment.
