Application of NBR O-Rings and Buna O-Rings:
NBR, also called nitrile or Buna-N, is selected against the actual fluid and temperature. This AS568-227 enquiry lists 90 or 95 Shore A alternatives; approve one hardness and its tolerance for the equipment seal position. Standard size and hardness alone do not establish suitability for a wireline system. Use the equipment-approved drawing and compound specification.
