Small O-Rings in EPDM or Silicone for Specified Seal Grooves
Product Description
SHQN supplies small rubber O-rings in EPDM or silicone for specified sealing grooves. Provide inside diameter, cross-section and dimensional tolerances, or the AS568 dash number and required revision where applicable.
For micro or small-ring inquiries, send a dimensioned drawing rather than relying on the descriptive size label. Confirm the manufacturing range for the selected compound and ring geometry.
EPDM and silicone are separate compound choices. Specify medium, temperature, pressure and motion to review the appropriate material for the small seal.

Application of the rubber o ring:
A: Small seals in specified housings and connections; confirm groove depth, width and ring squeeze.
B: Precision assemblies require review of mating clearances, installation access and the ring dimensional tolerances.
C: Fluid applications require compatibility review for the chosen EPDM or silicone compound. A small ring size or shared profile does not establish pressure or chemical suitability.
