Support Frame and Replacement Fit for a 9-Inch Pipe Wiper

Check the existing support frame before ordering a replacement mud wiper. Send photographs of the installed arrangement and a drawing or sample showing the outside diameter, center opening, thickness and retaining surfaces. Internal reinforcement and an external steel support frame are separate construction details; specify which arrangement the replacement must match.

Listed nominal thickness is 18 mm and unit weight is 1.1 kg. Confirm these values for the selected drawing and compound. Provide pipe-body and tool-joint dimensions, drilling-fluid formulation, operating temperature and quantity so the opening profile and material can be reviewed together.
