SHQN OSB Swab String Wiper Rubbers — 7/32, 9/32 and 5/16 Inch Line Options
OSB line-size references: 7/32", 9/32" and 5/16". Confirm each opening against the selected head drawing and component part number.
Oil Saver rubbers are replacement wiping components for the specified OSB head during swab-string retrieval. Provide the actual line diameter and identify cable or slickline construction before selecting the rubber opening.
Working-pressure capability must be confirmed for the complete head and approved rubber arrangement. Do not infer a head pressure rating from the rubber dimensions.
The contact opening wipes carried fluid from the retrieved line. Match the outside profile and installed height to the OSB housing, and check the line surface and rubber contact area for damage before use.
Select NBR or HNBR using the fluid composition, temperature, line movement and abrasive-exposure requirements. Compound selection is specific to the job; one material description does not cover every operating condition.

For a 1,500 psi working-pressure requirement, verify the complete OSB head rating and the approved rubber configuration. Related Type H connection references include 2-3/8 in. and 2-7/8 in. tubing O.D., and 3-1/2 in. line-pipe O.D.; these do not identify an OSB rubber opening. Confirm the selected OSB part from its drawing and follow the equipment manufacturer’s assembly and adjustment procedure.
