c. Overall length and outside-profile dimensions.
d. End-feature and retaining-surface condition.
e. Material identification and traceability requirements.
f. Surface-treatment specification and acceptable defects.
g. Required inspection report and part identification.
3. How are material and conformity requirements confirmed?
1. Confirm the listed AISI 4145 grade through order-specific material records.
2. Specify heat treatment and mechanical properties where required.
3. State the applicable standard and edition if conformity is required.
4. Agree relevant clauses, tests and acceptance records before order approval.

1. Actual cable dimensions, construction and condition.
